Welcome to Vieno ("we", "us", or "our"), the photo framing app designed to bring warmth and creativity to your memories. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. By using Vieno, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Your privacy is our priority. We want to be clear: we do NOT collect, store, or process any personal data that can directly identify you. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Location data (including GPS coordinates or precise location information)
• Photos, images, or content you edit, create, or store using the App (all User Content remains on your device unless you choose to share it)
• Account information (Vieno does not require account registration to use core features)
• Biometric data or any sensitive personal information

To improve Vieno’s functionality, user experience, and performance, we may collect limited, anonymized usage data. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you individually. Usage data may include:

• Features used (e.g., frequency of frame overlay tools, template selections)
• App performance metrics (e.g., load times, crash reports without personal context)
• Device type, operating system version, and general app version information
• Anonymous interaction patterns (e.g., time spent on specific screens, navigation paths within the App)

All usage data is collected in a way that ensures it cannot be linked back to you as an individual. We do not combine usage data with any personal data (since we do not collect personal data).

We use the anonymized usage data solely to enhance your experience with Vieno, including:

• Improving App performance and fixing technical issues
• Refining features based on user behavior (e.g., prioritizing popular frame styles)
• Optimizing the App’s interface for better usability
• Ensuring compatibility with new device models and operating system updates

We do not use usage data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes. Your usage patterns remain private and are never sold to third parties.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no risk of your personal information being exposed through our systems. All usage data is stored securely and anonymized by design.

• Only process data as instructed by us

• You may request that we stop collecting usage data by uninstalling the App (as usage data collection stops when the App is removed from your device).

Once usage data is no longer useful for these purposes, it is either deleted or further anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to App usage patterns.
